I really appreciated that the hotel was well-lit, and the walls were brightly colored. Unlike 90% of the other hotels I've stayed in in Bangladesh, which tend to have dark walls and dimly lit rooms, this one was a pleasant change. I particularly dislike poorly lit bathrooms, and this hotel had good lighting there too. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurant, which offered 24-hour service and had an extensive menu to choose from. The complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast that came with the room was generous. However, I would have liked to see a greater variety of fruits beyond bananas and pineapples. Even canned fruit and a bit of yogurt would have been a welcome addition. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They made me feel special, and even the owner personally extended a warm display of hospitality. It's a real gem of a hotel.

The staff were excellent. Always greeted with a warm smile. And provided most helpful service at all times. The free airport shuttle was always available when I required. The bed was comfortable & room was spacious. I also found the room was quiet at night. I stayed here off & on throughout a months travel in Bangladesh & always felt comforted when arriving back in Dhaka to know I would be staying at the Civic. Very good value compared to other options. The location is close to a wide range of restaurants & a short cycle rickshaw journey from the Uttara North Metro station, from where you can journey south to Old & Central Dhaka.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and is surrounded by many amenities, including supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, buying houses, banks, and multinational companies. The hotel also features state-of-the-art safety and security equipment, including fire and smoke detectors, electronic door locks, and CCTV surveillance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and amenities.

I liked the fact that the hotel is located nearby Hazrat Shahjahal Airport and my trip was to settle some marital matters which I managed to get it done on time as the office was also located nearby, there was nearby retail shops, street food (my favourite restaurant nearby was Kacchi Briyani!) as well as mini shops next to the hotel that allows BKash withdrawal.

I got a lot of help from Mr. Rana, Rizwan, and other staff. Moreover, all the staff listened to all our requests and did it properly. Top-notch in terms of safety and security.
