White Palace Hotel

Everything is fine and incredible. Breakfast buffet was a superb just like the mini version of 5* buffet. Everyone is do their best for make the guest happy.

The behavior of the staff was very good. Also, the breakfast menu had a variety of items and 24-hour restaurant service, which is not usually available in all hotels. I got a lot of help from Mr. Rana, Rizwan, and other staff. Moreover, all the staff listened to all our requests and did it properly. Top-notch in terms of safety and security.

I really appreciated that the hotel was well-lit, and the walls were brightly colored. Unlike 90% of the other hotels I've stayed in in Bangladesh, which tend to have dark walls and dimly lit rooms, this one was a pleasant change. I particularly dislike poorly lit bathrooms, and this hotel had good lighting there too. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurant, which offered 24-hour service and had an extensive menu to choose from. The complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast that came with the room was generous. However, I would have liked to see a greater variety of fruits beyond bananas and pineapples. Even canned fruit and a bit of yogurt would have been a welcome addition. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They made me feel special, and even the owner personally extended a warm display of hospitality. It's a real gem of a hotel.

I recently stayed at White Palace Hotel and had a great experience. The customer service was world class and the staff was very attentive to my needs. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and is surrounded by many amenities, including supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, buying houses, banks, and multinational companies. The hotel also features state-of-the-art safety and security equipment, including fire and smoke detectors, electronic door locks, and CCTV surveillance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and amenities.

With a morning transfer flight, I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Though the room wasn’t very large, it was exceptionally quiet. The terminal is just a 10-minute drive away, and the hotel is also near an outlet mall and a metro station.
